Egg Nog

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle(s) Brandy
  • 1 ½ quart(s) Milk
  • 12 Egg Whites
  • 12 Egg Yolks
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 pint(s) Whipped Cream
Instructions:

1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a large punch bowl and stir in the milk and the whipped cream.
2. Add the brandy and refrigerate (1 hour minimum).
3. Just before serving, whip the egg whites stiff and gently incorporate them to the cold mixture.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve in cups. Makes approximately 25 servings.
